What is BABACLICK? (Hint: it's awesome)

From humble beginnings on the outskirts of London, United Kingdom four years ago, we're now an enterprise-scale global retailer with a catalog of over 1 million products shipping to 17 countries and counting.

Our aim is simple: to deliver the largest online catalog of international products (yes, we mean largest). We're making it simple for you to buy your favourite products, and we're making it affordable.

How long is delivery?

We aim to process all orders within four business days, however some orders may take up to ten business days if they have to be ordered in from a special supplier.

We use the most innovative international shipping services in the industry to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. So after an order is processed, your goods will be with you in 2-11 business days.

We will always contact you using the provided contact details in the case of any delays.

Can I track my order?

We send all orders using a fully tracked delivery service. As soon as an order is shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation to your email address with the full tracking details, including where you can track your order.

If your order has not been shipped yet and you would like an update, please reach out to our support team at support@babaclick.com and we would be delighted to assist you.

Can I edit an order once it's been placed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can only be edited by a member of our Customer Services team. You can contact us by email or telephone.

Our email address is support@babaclick.com. If the order has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we cannot make any changes to the order. However, we will try our best to resolve your query as best as we can.

How do I return a product?

If you no longer need the item you ordered, you can return your order for up to 14 days after delivery. If a product arrived damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can investigate and take the appropriate actions.

We can only accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unopened and not tampered with. Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for jewellery items.
